Quiet and Relaxing Atmosphere

During my recent stay at a resort in the stunning beach town, I had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful accommodation called Headland Tropicana. The resort had a charming and peaceful ambiance that created the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing getaway.

Has all facilities including sauna. Good prices.

Needs lights installed under water in the pool, can't see were your swimming at night.

During our stay the quiet environment most enjoyable. Restaurants, shops and patrolled beach are within a comfortable walk.

Nil - our two bedroom apartment met our expectations

This hotel is located just across the road from the beautiful Alexandra Headland beach in a peaceful lawned area. The service from the staff was really great and the basic amenities in the one bedroom with two bathrooms were perfect for our stay. Additionally, the price was very reasonable and the breakfast was delicious.

I couldn't find anything that needed improvement, all was good!

Nothing to complain about everything was great. The supplies in kitchen covered every cooking need so I was quite surprised.

We were in number 18 and the main bedroom window was venicians on it but they failed to block out the annoying stairwell light that stayed on constantly so that interupted a bit of sleep.

Great location near the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The apartment was spacious enough for a small family, with a fully-equipped kitchen and comfortable living area.

The apartment was in need of a major update. The bathroom was moldy and the windows were poorly insulated, leading to a lot of outside noise.

great freindly resort, very clean great price would consider coming back again

the only thing we would of liked in our room was maybe another tv, with 3 children 2 being teengers there was many arguements over the 1 tv.

Easy to get to everything in this city, since the hotel is located on a small edge near the restaurant area, shops, and beach. Great facilities for kids with options of indoor or outdoor pool, and games room. The hotel was clean with stunning views. Staff were friendly and helpful.

No complaints.

The price and the size of the lounge room. The kitchen was a nice size too. The garden view and lawn was nice to look at and well kept.

They openly advertise as having a games room, what they don't tell you is half of the things are busted and don't work. It looked like they had been in that state for a long time. The pool table, a minor thing but still a bit of a joke, was that it advertised as being $2 game. It took $6 for our first game to get all the balls out because they kept getting stuck. Only 1/2 were released straight away, then we realised more balls were stuck in the table, so we had to feed more balls down to free them up. Two more attempts and $6 later we were able to have a game. Controls on other machines were broken and buttons were missing and only holes left behind where the buttons were. After realising the middle aged male manager was a bit of an angry b*stard to put it nicely, I would understand why nobody would mention it to him, not that he'd care anyway. The girl who worked there was lovely & polite, but he was arrogant, rude and permanently angry for some reason. If someone suggested to me they were going to stay there, I would quite happily spend 10 minutes explaining why they shouldn't and book in somewhere else on the same street.

Beautiful spot, great facilities a at a good price :)
